Pre preparation
put the millet and wheat in one bucket and leave it there for two days for it to ferment (Irsho)
put the teff in different bucket adding water(Lit)
Step 1: mix the teff that is mixed with water (Lit) with the fermented bucket
step2: Turn on your electric grill mitad and wait until it the surface gets hot to 500 c
step3: measure an amount to make one injera and put it in a jar
step 4: spill the mixture to the hot surface of the Electric grill mitad in spiral shape.
step 5: Put the cover for the mitad so that the injera gets even heat
step 6: Finally wait until the eyes of the injera pop and put some flat material under the injera and pull the injera out.
